  • Belly35
In this type of cold weather it does matter how much clothing I have on my knees are the first to get cold. I never really had problems with my knees or any sport injury of the knee but when it cold my knees start to freeze first.</SPAN>

What body part is the first to start freezing on you? </SPAN>

    Def my toes.

Although one year on our new years day morning run I literally thought my nuts were freezing off. I had my normal layers on, and it wasnt near as cold as I had run before, but man did I feel it that day

Keeping my hands and head warm are priorities.

Same problem that cats have with fur balls. You eat a lot of hair?

Extremeties you moron, the body in an effort to fend off hypothermia the brain shrinks the blood vessels in your toes and hands to keep the vital organs warm. What do you think? My heart and lungs start to freeze up first?

Toes. When hunting, once they get cold I'm pretty much done. I've got 1000 grain boots, but they still loose feeling fast. Thinking it might be bad circulation vs. poor boots though.

My ears always get cold first. I think I lost most of the feeling in my toes during soccer. I can wear sandels and be comfortable as long as snow isn't touching my feet.
