Forgot to include the drain in my calculations and the drain is 1" below the out feed which is at the lowest it can be to the sewer. Is there anything out there to fix my problem so I don't have water sitting in the bottom of my drain?
The water in the bottom of the drain will prevent the sewer smell coming up out of the sink

You could just short the downward drain out of the sink and shorten the drain loop -
AppleMaybe raise the whole cabinet by setting it on treated 2x4 base plate? It could be a way to raise the whole structure up.
