Question/seeking help re: iPad Videos app

Okay... for those that have iPads, I have a question for you...

Movies can be accessed on your iPad by following the path:
    1) Tap the Videos app

Users can then see their "Movies" and toggle to their "TV Shows" at the top.
Underneath are "movie posters-like" of all the movies you own.
If the movie is not "downloaded" and remains in the 'iCloud', then it will have a little 'cloud' icon in the lower right-hand corner, right?

Okay... now here's my question [finally]...
    To delete a movie...
    1) Tap the Videos app
    2) Tap Edit
    3) Tap the "x" on the movie you want to delete.

My question is... will this completely delete the movie (i.e., remove the 'movie-poster' from my library) or will this simply delete the file from the library, leaving the movie-poster with the little cloud icon on it so you can simply download it later.

I'm interested in removing a couple movies I have so I can make room to add new movies to it, but I don't want to completely remove the movie-poster with the cloud icon, so that I can watch/stream the movie later [if desired].

    Help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Indeed.

But also a vital question for those who are simply trying to make room for other movies on their 16 GB iPad before they travel 8hrs on a flight back home.

But either way... an answer would help both parties out, so I'm not going to complain.

For any of those users who were interested, I figured it out.
    Do not do the following:
    1) Tap the Videos app
    2) Tap Edit
    3) Tap the "x" on the movie you want to delete.
    Instead, do the following:
    1) Tap Settings
    2) Tap General
    3) Tap Usage
    4) Tap Videos
    5) Swipe to the left the movie/video you wish to remove.

(this will leave the movie-like poster in your Videos app, so you can download/stream from the cloud, but remove the GB from your iPad freeing up new room for content).
