  I thought I read the apples seeds may actually be toxic? Maybe that only applies to juicing/smoothies.

  I'm pretty sure the toxin levels are so small that it really won't hurt you if you aren't eating a ton of them.

  Pink Lady's are good apples. Red delicious are not tasty. I'll have to try this method of eating next time.

  If you completely pulverize them in a blender for a smoothie, it's probably not a good idea. But you'd probably still have to be eating an abnormal amount - and you're really supposed to eat a variety of fruits.

  I eat the green apples that are a lot rounder than the apple in the video. it seems like it may be harder with rounder apples since the bottom of the apple doesn't present itself the same.
