Downtown Cincy Bars?

  I'm going down for the weekend and trying to figure out what is a nice place to go downtown. I think I'll be around 5th & Elm so would prefer walking distance, but can take a cab if nothing is around. Other than the area I'll be in, is there a separate area that is nice or more worth going to?

  Jefferson Social at the Banks if my favorite downtown bar. Or go up to OTR and visit any bar.
