  My brother coming home back roads yesterday came across this panting husky/black lab mix (no leash) jogging down the road. Probably 50ish pounds. Still a puppy but close to full grown. Female dog.
  Being a good guy he stopped and picked it up. The dog is very friendly and spent the evening around a couple cats and an Australian shepherd.
  
  Hopefully the dog ends up in a good home, someone with a large property.

  It's a very very cool dog. My brother admitted he would have kept it if he didn't already have a dog.
  
  The dog is tall like a lab. The picture doesn't give it credit. Pretty long legs.
  
  Yo ccrunner you should get it. Would be a great training partner/guard dog.

  The dog is in the hands of the authorities. If the original incompetent owner would not have allowed it to roam free the dog wouldn't be at the pound.
