Pretty amazing thing they are doing to help this woman. Couldn't imagine being at work and getting a phone call that my house had burned down and my children and boyfriend were all dead. -
SonofanumpI don't know anything that he raps about, but this is how I think of him.

I hate when people think rich should give more (or are obligated to give at all) simply because they are rich.rmolin73;1502689 wrote:Only the ignorant down play any type of giving. -

Per Forbes, Drake made $20.5 million last year (you're looking at his net worth). So that's .001% of his annual earnings. Let's say as a teacher/coach last year you made $50,000. Where is the $50 you donated?ccrunner609;1502654 wrote:Nice gesture but lets not make the guy seem like what he did was all he could do. THe Dude made $40 million last year.

$22,500 is a large amount of money. If she works full time at Burger King at $8.50/hour, that's more than her annual salary. Think about it man...they didn't have to do anything at all. No one would have complained about it had they not...no one would ever have known they knew about it.
He didn't do all that he could do, but he did more than 99.9% of any other celebrity will do, and that's what matters. -
