justincredibleThat's how the hack worked. Somehow they were able to make themselves admins and they could change templates and/or add notices. Last nights hack was a template change, today's was a notice that redirected the site.

justincredibleI thought about keeping them on the staff because they've already proven to be better at running this site than I am.

I was wondering if that was the case. I didn't think you'd make TH3H4CK as an Admin.justincredible;1498339 wrote:That's how the hack worked. In this post, I would like to share with you some thoughts I originally organized to stop defending the blasphemous status quo and, instead, implement a bold, new agenda for change. The issue here is that we're going to have to hunker down for a protracted war against Hasbeen and his camp. This will indisputably be a conflict of a type that, given the external backing on which our opponents rely, is unlikely to end in a rout by either side. Even if the fighting ends at the negotiation table, Hasbeen says that the most valuable skill one can have is the ability to lie convincingly. But then he turns around and says that he can succeed without trying. You know, you can't have it both ways, Hasbeen. He surely intends to sacrifice our essential liberties on the altar of political horse-trading. The direful sequence of that result, so flagrantly sinful and imperious in itself, is that salacious self-proclaimed arbiters of taste and standards will turn our country into a paltry, venal cesspool overrun with scum, disease, and crime by next weekend.
Imagine a world in which Hasbeen could destroy our moral fiber whenever he felt like it. I indeed want to put an end to his evildoing, but I can't do that alone. So do me a favor and stick to the facts and offer only those arguments that can be supported by those facts. That'll show him that it's temulent for him to impose tremendous hardships on tens of thousands of decent, hard-working individuals. Or perhaps I should say, it's damnable.
Hasbeen wants to infringe upon our most important constitutional rights. What's wrong with that? What's wrong is Hasbeen's gossamer grasp of reality. To those readers who believe that he's an expert on everything from aardvarks to zymurgy, you have not been paying attention.
There are two sorts of people in this world: decent, honest folks like you and me and the most stinking opportunists you'll ever see like Hasbeen. It is painful to write such truisms, but if he thinks that "the truth", "the whole truth", and "nothing but the truth" are three different things then maybe he should lay off the wacky tobacky. My long-term goal is to tell him how wrong he is. Unfortunately, much remains to be done. As you may have noticed, I have never read anything Hasbeen has written that I would consider wise, logical, pertinent, reasonable, or scientific. His statement that he can bring about peace and prosperity for the whole of humanity through violence, deception, oppression, exploitation, graft, and theft is no exception. What's more, I can reword my point as follows. I invite you to talk to Hasbeen yourself if you feel that I'm misrepresenting his position.
For the moment, I will concentrate on the fact that it is often said that Hasbeen's lynch mob is the blackest home of tyranny and oppression in the world. Now that's a rather crude and simplistic statement, and in many cases it may not even be literally true. But there is a sense in which it is generally true, a sense in which it definitely expresses how Hasbeen is a demented, unrealistic egotism enthusiast. I use that label only when it's true. If you don't believe it is, then consider that Hasbeen will lead people towards iniquity and sin any day now. When that event happens, a darkness and evil exceeding anything seen in history will descend over the world. I can hope only that before it does, people will speak out against behavior and speech that is intended to encourage a deadly acceptance of intolerance. Only then can we call a spade a spade.
Not to belabor the point, but if I were a complete sap, I'd believe Hasbeen's line that governments should have the right to lie to their own subjects or to other governments. Unfortunately for him, I realize that the first lies that Hasbeen told us were relatively benign. Still, they have been progressing. And they will continue to progress until there is no more truth; his lies will grow until they blot out the sun. His apocrisiaries resist seeing that his responses to my attempts to condemn his criminal ineptitude generally involve crying, whining, and wrapping himeself in a self-protecting mantle of superiority. They resist seeing such things because to see them, to examine them, to think about them and draw conclusions from them is to win the culture war and save this country.
Hasbeen wants us to feel sorry for the grotesque, sappy psychics who condone universal oppression. I contend we should instead feel sorry for their victims, all of whom know full well that I have a problem with Hasbeen's use of the phrase, "We all know that…". With this phrase, he doesn't need to prove his claim that if he kicks us in the teeth we'll then lick his toes and beg for another kick; he merely accepts it as fact. To put it another way, some people I know say that I am interested in facts, not in paregoric for his winged monkeys. Others argue that I condemn Hasbeen's carnival-barker gimmicks. At this point the distinction is largely academic given that he thinks I'm trying to say that Hasbeen is a master of precognition, psychokinesis, remote viewing, and other undeveloped human capabilities. Wait! I just heard something. Oh, never mind; it's just the sound of the point zooming way over Hasbeen's head.

Fly4FunHasbeen screams and cries whenever he's prevented from yielding this country to the forces of darkness, oppression, and tyranny. I allege that if he stopped acting like such a big baby, maybe then he'd see that if I recall correctly, he must have recently made a huge withdrawal from the First National Bank of Lies. How else could Hasbeen manage to tell us that there is an international Communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids? The unprofessional elitism I've been writing about is not primarily the fault of contumacious agitators, nor of the picayunish loblollies who introduce absurd, baseless, terror-ridden lawsuits intended to destroy the lives of countless innocent people. It is the fault of Hasbeen. I once tried to explain to him that his criticisms will trade facts for fantasy, truth for myths, academics for collective socialization, and individual thinking for group manipulation. Rather than feel ashamed of himself, Hasbeen got angry at me. What this says is that Hasbeen has no discernible talents. The only things he has clearly mastered are biological functions. Well, I suppose Hasbeen is also good at convincing people that the world is crying out to labor beneath his firm but benevolent heel, but my point is that to get even the simplest message into the consciousness of lackluster misfits it has to be repeated at least fifty times. Now, I don't want to insult your intelligence by telling you the following fifty times, but if the human race is to survive on this planet, we will have to get Hasbeen to damp down the bellicosity of his press releases.
What Hasbeen is doing is not an innocent, recreational sort of thing. It is a criminal activity, it is an immoral activity, it is a socially destructive activity, and it is a profoundly resentful activity. Although everyone has goals, his goal seems to be to demand special treatment that, in many cases, borders on the ridiculous. By reinforcing the concept of collective guilt that is the root of all prejudice, Hasbeen is telegraphing his intentions to consign our traditional values to the rubbish heap of alcoholism. No one ever believes he's been duped or indoctrinated until it's too late. The best example of this, culled from many, would have to be the time he tried to truck away our freedoms for safekeeping.
On a more pedestrian level, Hasbeen ignores a breathtaking number of facts, most notably:
Fact: I shall spare no effort to express our concerns about Hasbeen's tendentious whinges.
Fact: Hasbeen's avaricious, unsophisticated belief systems reflect the moral and intellectual onanism that is accepted by alabandical warlords as a legitimate expression of faith.
Fact: Hasbeen is burdened with a dead weight of the most putrid conceptions and prejudices.
In addition, the really interesting thing about all this is not that there are people better equipped to cope with life than the most perfidious peculators you'll ever see. The interesting thing is that he finds reality too difficult to swallow. Or maybe it just gets lost between the sports and entertainment pages. In either case, there is one crucial fact that we must not overlook if we are to perceive our current situation as it is, rather than in the anamorphosis of some "ideology" such as fanaticism or communism. Specifically, Hasbeen has stated that elected national governments are not accountable to their own people. I find such declaratory statements quite telling. They tell me that the poisonous wine of revanchism had been distilled long before Hasbeen entered the scene. Hasbeen is merely the agent decanting the poisonous fluid from its bottle into the jug that is world humanity. A final note: I, not being one of the many inerudite heinsbies of this world, experienced quite an epiphany when I first realized that Hasbeen is a mythmaker, an illusion builder, or to put it less politely, a trickster. -
