    I will be moving there end of September thru end of October...start up some business for my current employer.
    I don't snowboard.
    Anybody been, hung out etc..or will I just need an 1/8 a day and 2 vikes just to get by?

    It will be gorgeous (i.e. the changing colors of the leaves) that time of year if you want to go hiking.

    September isn't too bad but it starts to get really cold towards the end of October.

    But other than outdoors kind of activities there isn't too much going on up there.

    They have a skate park if you like to shred it up. Looks like a very scenic area, and they have a waterfront, so that's probably pretty cool.

    Get a Heady Hopper or Long Trail beer.

    I almost forgot that Magic Hat Brewery is in Burlington. You could always take a tour of that.

    Moving there for a month? Seems like an extended stay trip to me.
