  Good morning. Just found out an hour ago that I'm a first time grandpa. Girlfriend was so pumped for the "girl" that was coming (per the ultrasound). Kept telling her "It's gonna be a boy" after she bought all of this girls stuff. LOL...looks like I'll be watching Friday Night Lights in about 14 years. A boy....

  It's been a long time that I worked a swing shift... Do you have to work a double at the end of each 2 week shift change? Double would be back to back shifts when I worked for Timken in the scarfing area, fork lift driver.

  It was actually a pretty difficult birth. Child came a month early and was pretty bruised/swollen up on the forehead. I will have to exorcise/deprogram it as it's father is a Steelers fan and I will be showering it with Browns clothing/gifts.

  Been a busy few days. Redoing some water ways. Working on the building for (fingers crossed) future firing range. Work and school in between doing all of that. Hope everyone is having a great day.

  Yep. Just like going grocery shopping while hungry. You'll grab all of the impuls junk that will make you feel like crap instead of buying the nutritious stuff. Happens all the time if you wait too long to eat. I've grown accustom to long periods of time between meals with the fasting.
