Chad Johnson goes to jail for what?
-
TiernanDoesn't matter whether he was warned or not. Thuggers know instinctively that is not the way to act in court.

So you're saying he's not a thug because thugs know not to act that way? Nice fail at trying to make a racist comment.Tiernan;1455997 wrote:Doesn't matter whether he was warned or not. Thuggers know instinctively that is not the way to act in court. -

Definitely. I'm not defending Johnson, 'cause I think he's a nutjob...I'm just basing my opinion on what I saw in the video.wildcats20;1455959 wrote:I don't disagree, but Chad was lucky to even be in that situation.
Good point, since his past dictates this possibility.Al Bundy;1455976 wrote:I wonder if there is more to the story than the video. She overreacted based upon the video, but we don't know if Chad did something before that and had been warned. -

Maybe 10 black guys will run a train on your wife and daughter and add some diversity to your family or would your kkk brothers burn you all at the stake?Tiernan;1456006 wrote:Oh he's a thugger fo sho...he just momentarily forgot to do the Thugger head hang and mumble while standing in front of the judge.

Seldom right and wrong again. It is the people's courtroom and she is a public servant. We have let judges get away with far too much in this country for years.ccrunner609;1456227 wrote:Really? No, we are talking about judges not realizing their role as public servants.ccrunner609;1456459 wrote:I dont think we are talking about judges legislating from the bench. We are talking about judges upholding some decorum in the courtroom. -

I've never understood the decorum argument for court. As long as everyone maintains order, who gives a shit what they wore, or any other items not relevant to anything going on like in this instance. Just be glad the defendant bothered to even show up and preside over the fucking case. -
gutEhhh, I'm not sure CJ really did that trying to get attention. Pat the guy on the shoulder, give him a hug, even turn to shake his hand would actually have been MORE demonstrative.
If people hadn't started laughing I don't think she would have done anything. Rather than enjoy a brief moment of levity in her court she went full witch. Seems like maybe she didn't agree with the deal and decided to take an opportunity to issue her own sentence (which she may have had the power to do anyway).
It's CJ, it's on camera, and the judge is probably well aware of all this. I wonder when she is up for re-election? Just sayin' -
sherm03Interesting. When it's Chad Johnson, people on here defend him and say the judge was just being a ****. But when it's some dumb bitch in Florida who said "adios" to the judge and got called back to have her bail raised, the judge is awesome. Got it.
The bottom line for me is that people should know that you answer "yes sir/ma'am" and "no sir/ma'am" in court, and you don't do anything that might piss off the judge. Clearly this pissed off the judge. She dealt out a punishment for it.
Next time, Chad won't do anything that might piss off the judge. -

Apples and oranges. The dumb bitch is Florida was being disrespectful to the judge. She got what she deserved. If I heard everything correctly, CJ answered all the judge's questions with a "yes, ma'am" or "no ma'am". The ass smack was not directed towards the judge at all. She got all pissy and she was wrong. The Florida AG even said as much.sherm03;1456571 wrote:Interesting. When it's Chad Johnson, people on here defend him and say the judge was just being a ****. I would disagree with you. I think it's very much apples to apples. Both demonstrated with their actions that they were not taking things seriously. The courtroom is not the place to say something or do something to get a laugh.TedSheckler;1456576 wrote:Apples and oranges. The dumb bitch is Florida was being disrespectful to the judge. I think that if this was anyone else besides Chad Johnson, everyone on here would be saying he was dumb/out of line and that he got what he deserved. -
