  Something looked odd about the little girl at the end, and didn't see anyone matching that height when the cast came out. I assume she must have been at a different distance from the light to create the disparity in size.

  That's how they managed to create the majority of their illusions during the performance. That was a ridiculously cool idea and they pulled it off incredibly.
