As a fan of gourmet cooking and trying different type of foods, sausage is always hit or miss for me. I love it and the way it is prepared or hate it all together. So many different ethnic variation.</SPAN>

Just to let some of you Philistines know, there are hundreds of different sausages</SPAN>

    See : </SPAN>http://lpoli.50webs.com/AlphabeticalList.htm</SPAN>

What have you tried (enthnic culture) ? That you liked or disliked?</SPAN>

What are some of your favorites?</SPAN>

As a kid my grandparents would make Blood Sausage… I would not suggest trying Blood Sausage to the weak stomach individuals… </SPAN>

Glad these were gotten out of the way first thing.

I love sausage but have never tried any crazy kinds. There is a butcher at Findlay Market that has a bunch of different varieties that we really like.

Italian sausage with a good tomato sauce, peppers, and onions just can't be beat.

I've not tried anything TOO crazy. Rabbit, gator, and rattlesnake sausages, which were all suprisingly good.

I read that as an Italian sandwich or just piled on a plate. Didn't read pizza at all.

Have tried several types through the years. Andouie(sp), chirizo, and many more that I can not think of right now. I have made my own on several occasions. Its pretty easy to make your own and to get adjust things to it that you like.

I got a chipotle & cheese sausage at Giant Eagle over the weekend and it was awesome as a grilled sandwich with hot salsa.

Brazilian sausage you get at Brazilian restaurants is always good. I'm a huge fan of chorizo but the Goat is Carfagnas Italian sausage
