  What your favorite apple?
  
  Honey Crisp is one of my favorite it goes good in make apple sauce, baking, eating then fresh with cheese/cracker
  
  When make apple sauce I use a variety of apples but Honey Crisp are the bulk of the apples used.

  I have a Mac Mini that I use as an HTPC. The rest of the Apple lineup is too expensive for my tastes.

  I don't eat apples all that often except in the fall when I eat the hell out of apples from our orchard.
