Cold Smoker

  I was thinking about making a small homemade cold smoker back by my garden. It away from the house and wouldn't bother anyone during the smoker process. However I do live within the city limits so I will have to get some ruling or just break the rules.
  
  I’ve been looking up some design and ideas…
  
  Anyone else do any cold smoker meat and fish?
