    Those NCAA rules also for the NFL? Or is NFL only the Grounding penalty??

    The forward pass beyond the line, illegal kick and interfering with a fair catch are the ones I see in their rule book. </SPAN>

    Yes, the play is not to go off, we kill it at the snap.
