  Interesting question actually ... my stepmom is trying to sell her house right now, and my father died recently in the dining room, and my grandma passed away years ago in the guest bedroom.
  
  I guess if I got a steal of a place, I would probably move there regardless, but deep down I would hate to know if someone was murdered or committed suicide in my home.
