  Doubt I'd rate it best (even of the Rocky movies), but I have to mention the odd symmetry of Rocky IV where you have one of the best fights followed by one of the worst mini-monologues in movie history ("If I can change..."). It's almost like Sly thought that speech was going to end the cold war.
