gport_tennisI thought yesterday's episode was pretty good. You gotta have some dialogue eventually can't just be killin zombies 24 7 all time
I hope tyrese comes back to the good side -

gutYeah, I think this is a little more interesting and better writing than we've had, it's just starting to drag a bit. I'm tired of the governor. And just when you might start liking Andrea again, they remind you why she's a ****.
But there can be no peaceful or easy solution here. Show is kind of over if they just settle into a Woodbury, governor or not.
Maybe it's time for the zombies to evolve a little. It's really become too easy to kill them. -

Well, the whole season has been more about the living than the zombies. And more about Rick v. The Governor. It was even advertised that way.gut;1395702 wrote:Yeah, I think this is a little more interesting and better writing than we've had, it's just starting to drag a bit. I'm tired of the governor. Fight the Dead, Fear the Living, was the slogan going in.
So, I knew it was going to be more about the Governor than zombies.
I actually like it. It is more about the basics of society, and the show sort of gets at what happens when society breaks down and what does it mean to be human.
It is not just zombie killing.
It is slow a lot, but I can live with it. -
ptown_trojans_1This is good shit right now.
Love they finally brought back the guy from Ep 1. Always wondered what happened to him. -
MulvaThis has been a very good episode.
-
gutThought it was a good episode.
I really liked the subtle complex questions with that hiker. Left him - twice - then stop to grab his pack at the end. -
hoops23Fantastic episode
-
SnotBubblesThat episode got back more to the core of the show that got everyone interested in it. It was by far the best of the current mid-season.
I felt like I was watching Season 1 again.
Looks like next week we're back to the Governor feud. At least it looked good in the previews. -
vdubb96Last night was great. Very cool to see Morgan back. He basically created his own "little Woodbury" all by himself.
-
gport_tennisI wonder if it will make rick wake up and see that he is slowly becoming Morgan
-
teamcocoDoes anyone know where I can catch up on season 3 online somewhere? I am about to finish season 2 and need to know where I can watch season 3.

MulvaThis episode blows.

gutThe governor has really become an irritating/annoying character. This show seems really good at testing your tolerance for such. I watch because of the premise and because it's just a different show from a lot of what else is on, but taken at face value the show really kind of sucks.
I'm hoping they decide to run and we can move on from this storyline, at least for a good while. -
GoPensNeed more Michonne. Would like to see her backstory.

Per a quick Google search, and of course this is the comic book version of Michonne:GoPens;1403999 wrote:Need more Michonne. Would like to see her backstory.
[SP]Michonne was one of four children that included a brother and two sisters. She practiced fencing when she was a child, and briefly picked the hobby up again when she was in college to study law. After graduating and getting her degree, she became a successful attorney and married a man with whom she had two daughters. They lived an average middle-class life in a suburban neighborhood, and often dealt with a troublesome teenager next door who she swore had once killed their cat and destroyed their fence with his Katana. She spent much of her free time weightlifting and avidly following televised football.
She eventually divorced her husband and at some point started dating another man named Mike. When the apocalypse began, she lost both of her daughters, presumably at the hands of zombies[/SP] -
SnotBubblesAnd a little more about what happened post zombie Apocalypse:
[SP]In the early stages of the apocalypse, Michonne runs on foot to her house. This attracts a street full of zombies to follow her. While she arrives home, she meets her boyfriend Mike and his brave but idiotic best friend Terry. A zombie tries to break in but Mike kills it. In the process, Mike becomes bitten. At that time, Michonne bandages Mike, who is unaware that he is infected. That night, Michonne searches a neighbor's house for supplies and discovers her trademark sword. She gets pinned down in the house during the night and returns home the next day, finding that both Mike and Terry have become walkers. She manages to survive their attack and lock them away. Her noisy encounter causes her street to become overrun. Michonne becomes trapped and runs out of food. She notices walkers don't attack one another and hacks off the arms and lower jaws of Mike and Terry. She chains them up by their necks to use them as escorts for an escape that was successful. Michonne says her final words to the zombified Mike and Terry, to help remember who they are, and because she has no one to talk to.[/SP] -
SnotBubblesThe Walking Dead just posted this on their Facebook page. Looks like shit is about to get intense:
-
gut27 characters?!? I'm not sure I could even name 27, but there are a bunch in Woodbury that have had extremely minor recurring roles (they say 34 in the Governor's army, but calling most of them characters, as opposed to extras, is a stretch).
There aren't many characters left on the show that I'd want to see come back, anyway. Michonne, Darryl...Tyrese and his sister.
Would be kind of a cool way to sort of re-boot the show by killing almost everyone off. But from another article I read, that won't happen - the writers believe compelling characters are what keeps people coming back. -
SnotBubblesAs long as Carl, Andrea and the whole town of Woodbury dies....I'm cool with it. Put them back out on the road in Season 4. Make it intense again, and not just during finales.
-
gutI actually thought Andrea was starting to be a bit likeable when she was looking like a potential leader of Woodbury...but as soon as she got back with the old gang she reverted to annoying bitch.
Carl could be a cool character, but I think that child-actor just sucks. -
hasbeenStarted watching about 3 weeks ago. Finally got caught up. When you can watch them one after another, the boring episodes don't bother you as much.
-
gutehhhh....a good last 10 minutes
lmao at Glenn ring shopping -
bigdaddy2003It sucks that Merle is gone. How will they top that in the finale?
