I dont know if you just came up with that or remembered it from a rant I had a year ago about some fat bitch i used to work with whom did that a few times and always wondered why she gained instead of lost! -

I hear what you are saying and have always agreed with it, and still do, but i have read/heard from some experts that it really doesnt matter when you eat the calories during the day.Heretic;1256143 wrote:This. Well, technically, if you ate 500 in a day, burnt 900 and had a 100-calorie snack, you'd probably be dead after a bit from malnutrition.
But the point being that eating right before bed causes the food to stick on you since you're at complete rest. For me right now, my idea of a good day health-wise is one where I eat dinner no later than 6-6:30 p.m. AND work out for a bit late at night before bed to burn off anything that needs burnt off and also burn away any nervous energy I might have so I sleep better. Seems to be a good combination for me. -

Heard of people doing it for years and yes do remember your post as well. As for eating late I agree it doesn't matter the time you eat it's the calories you take in. However if I don't eat before bed I do feel alot better in the morning! -

Unless it's the disease, in which case the album title may not apply to you after a few days. Sorry, dude. -

I was under the impression that you should eat after working out to replenish. and Antrax sucks!Heretic;1256143 wrote:This. Well, technically, if you ate 500 in a day, burnt 900 and had a 100-calorie snack, you'd probably be dead after a bit from malnutrition.

1. That's probably true, but the combination of me not being a morning person (not just laziness, but it seems to have ALWAYS taken me a long time to get my body ready for vigorous activity in the morning), working all day and liking to unwind after I get out of the office makes it so later-night working out is just most convenient for me. And I don't like to eat at night, so I guess I just make the best out of things the way they are.Sonofanump;1257173 wrote:I was under the impression that you should eat after working out to replenish. and Antrax sucks!
2. A POX ON YOUR SOUL FOR SAYING THAT ABOUT ANTHRAX!!!! At least the early Joey Belladonna albums...after John Bush replaced him, yeah, no argument there...
