BR1986FBLeftover pork roast that we cooked in the crock pot yesterday. Got the pork from a local farm. Good stuff. Probably will drown it in Frank's Red Hot.

Curly JPacked lunch today. The Wife made me a Corned Beef on rye with Swiss cheese and horseradish sauce. (Love that Sandwich Maker)

I mix it up. Light Italian usually, but lately I've been on a rice vinegar kick. We have a lot of ingredients around the office and I'm surrounded by 'foodies' so people are always mixing up their own dressings.
