what it takes to get a conceal-carry permit in franklin county

  Gosh a ruddies what kind of a system do we have to get ccw permits and what kind of people get those permits.
  “More than 600 concealed-carry permits in Franklin and surrounding counties are invalid because three men issued falsified training certificates to the applicants, Franklin County Sheriff Zach Scott said today.”

  My buddy who went to Scioto Downs with last night is one of the 600 who did this. I told him when he did it to be careful. He said his permit is on hold right now.

  it doesn't take very many when one give over 600 illegal licenses.
