My favorites are gazpacho, cucumber and zucchini.

For many of the OC less culinary educated, soups can be served chilled, not all soups only specially prepared and only certain summer/fall ingredients vegs should be used. I have poor grammar but I’m culinary skilled. </SPAN> -

Actually I prefer my soups reheated in a skillet on a stove, but I will eat it cold. -

mcburg93I have tried a few cold soups and enjoyed one that had some cucumber and apple. Never thought the two would taste good together but they did in this soup.
