OC GOAT Tournament - Elite 8 (East Bracket)

  Since Snot is still QQ'ing about losing I guess I'll have to finish this.
  
  The people have spoken and chosen the Elite 8. The four representing the East Region are gorocks99, DeadliestWarrior34, Laley23, and Curly J.
  
  I should note that since I have taken over the we are now following my rules. Since Fathobbit and myself tied, I've made the right decision and let myself move on.
  
  The contest will run through Friday.

  Going to stick with DW and CurlyJ. Also, laley and gorocks are now mods, might as well get them eliminated.
  
  Also as a suggestion, I think you should change the title to "elite 8" instead of having "round 3."

  I like that idea. I'd also like for a mod to change the closing date to Friday at midnight, since I dont think I can do either of those things myself.
