  Oklahoma had everything working today. Landry Jones was 16 for 24 for 220 and 4 TDs. Ryan Broyles was on the receiving end of 3 TDs and he had 5 catches for 82. Roy Fitch had 193 total yards with 2 Tds on the ground and 1 through the air. OU defense had 4 sacks, a forced fumble, and 2INTs..both were taken to the house.
  
  Coach Steel said ' We are going enjoy this one tonight. Always nice to start the season with a win, especially on the road. That Harris kid is a heck of a QB. That team is gonna win some ballgames. Now we focus on Texas Tech.'

  Its a jungle out there. He isn't as bad as the score says. I got it first and scored. He threw a pick 6. Then he fumbled on the next play and I hit him with a screen pass. I had ran 3 plays and was up 21 in a hurry. He had to abandon his gameplan then and it was over.

  LSU survives in Atlanta taking down the Yellow Jackets 24-21. The Tigers started very slow only scoring 3 points in the first half. The Jackets took a 14-3 lead going into the half. But the Tigers did respond in the 2nd half. LSU scored the first 21 points in the 2nd half to take the lead for good. With the score 24-14 in the fourth quarter Georgia Tech added a late touchdown but it was a little to late. With the LSU 24-21 victory the Tigers open up 1-0 and will welcome the Ducks to Death Valley next weekend. The game will be a battle of top 5 teams.
  "If we play like we did today Oregon will beat the crap out of us" coach Bucks said. He also added "we are very lucky our defense played great defense in the 2nd half". Sophomore Stephen Ware carried the Tigers offense running for 135 yards with a TD on 20 carries. Backup Michael Ford added 67 yards on 6 carries with a TD.

  OSU won the trenches and dominated in the air and the ground.
