GOONx19Dayton 63, Georgia Tech 59
Great win for Dayton. Down seven with 4:30 to go, and they came back to get the W. They'll be fun to watch this year fo' sho.
An interesting note: GT didn't have a single player with more than 10 points. I didn't watch the game... Was Dayton good defensively or is GT just that even on offense? -
daveGM about to knock off Nova if they can hit free throws.
-
davelmao GM just completely gave the game away.

milehiiuNova lives to fight another day.

Azubuike24Dayton takes on Villanova
Mississippi takes on Kansas State
I'd still want to see Ole Miss take on Villanova. -
patriots34As a Dayton fan looking at the rest of their schedule, they need to beat 'nova to have any chance of getting an at-large berth with their out of conference schedule. Go Flyers

Azubuike24If Ole Miss can hang on, it should be a fabulous game Sunday against Villanova. Two very similar teams.
Terrico White is amazing. The guy is Jodie Meeks with better ball handling. There's a reason he's projected as a possible lottery pick next year. -
Azubuike24Mississippi wins 86-74. Big games from Chris Warren (27 pts) and Terrico White (25 pts) as the Rebels get a huge 2nd half to pull away from K-State.
Ole Miss/Villanova on Sunday night. Can't wait. Tune in folks, it WILL be worth watching early in the year. -
iuhoosier11IU not having a great tourny. I thought they played pretty well against Ole Miss. They hurt themselves with turnovers and free throws. Otherwise they played the Rebels pretty tough. I have no idea what happened last night against Boston U though. The game wasn't televised and I didn't listen on the radio. Looking at the box, IU got beat by 20 on the boards and 15 from the free throw line. Hard to win a game like that...

IU had two of their upperclassmen get completely out of control mentally at the end of the game. Committed fouls and double technicals which led to losing the lead near the end, after leading the entire game up to that point.iuhoosier11 wrote: IU not having a great tourny. Crean attempted to call timeouts at the end of the game when playes broke down, and all three refs claimed they never heard him requesting a timeout, all the while people in the stands were able to hear him screaming for timeouts. Crean was livid about this in his post game interview.
One positive..... IU finally cut down on their turnovers. Can't recall the exact number right now, but it was respectable.
Personal opinion..... expect another loss on Sunday. Game will be on ESPNU
