september6380% of the country getting the OU game. This could be a great recruiting moment for the program.

ts1227Just cracked into the adult beverages to get ready for this, may head to the bars here in a bit!
-
FootwedgeBobcats neede their gards to shoot well and limit the second chance poimts by Tennessee. I think Ohio wins this game.
-
osu45804Not looking good for OU right now
-
cats gone wildThat almost no look 3 by Tenn was sweet. Almost as sweet as the St. Mary's 3 towards the end of the game. Looks like a Tenn vs. OSU matchup in future. Its early yet.
-
osu45804Down 14 w/ 17minutes left
-
osu45804Down to 5!
-
osu45804Well this game is over..... Tennessee is going to advance
-
SQ_CraziesGood win for UT.
-
ts1227The magic has run out. One hell of a run for the Bobcats. They were a team that got it all together at the right time. Tennessee is a hell of a ball club
-
SQ_CraziesAbsolutely great run for the Bobcats. It was much more than that first round win--but that validated that what they did in the conference tournament wasn't a fluke.
-
SportsAndLadyGood shit OU.
Tennessee is good.
Bruce Pearl's son can suck my dick. -

Azubuike24Nobody likes Steven Pearl. Not even UT fans. However, the kid has NOT been given anything by his dad. He has worked his ass off 3+ years and stayed out of trouble. The off-the-court issues got him some minutes this year and he's proved to be valuable at times.
Josh Bone, Renaldo Woolridge and Skyler McBee were ahead of Pearl, and those guys don't play nearly as much now.
Another guy most people hate, including UT fans, is J.P. Prince, and I must say, he REALLY impacts a game in many ways. It's not pretty, but he is definitely the type of player you need.
If it's Tennessee/Ohio State again, it would be a fantastic match-up. -

NonOhio played lousy defense.
You know the Buckeyes will compete about a thousand times better on that end.
But Tennessee is very talented when they play to their potential. -
ts1227Tennessee has the athletes to give ohio state all they want. I shall continue to drown my sorrows at the red brick
-
ts1227Sq, wing warehouse Friday if Ohio state wins tomorrow? I will be there in a Ohio shirt out of spite lol
-
NonOhio State better worry about Georgia Tech first but if it ends up being Tennessee and Ohio State, I don't think OSU fans should look too much into Tennessee's peformance against Ohio.
Tennessee is athletic and against Ohio they were able to get whatever they wanted on offense. Ohio is also not very intelligent, knowing what they want to do on key possessions. The Buckeyes are a lot different having experienced big game players and a good coach in Matta. That will help on offense and on defense, they're just all-around tougher and capable of getting up and challenging. Tennessee being somewhat of a clumsy team could make mistakes, turnovers against OSU's competitiveness and pressure where as against Ohio they were in a relaxed mode from the middle of the first half on. -
SQ_CraziesHaha...we'll see, I was thinking about taking a trip to the SOS anyways. I'll wear an IU shirt, the one with the 5 banners on it, just because I can.
-
JugheadThey didn't foul when they should have...Alley-oop jams are always 2 points. Touch fouls under the basket are often 3 points. If you foul on the breakaway, it is possible that they would only score 1 or no points. I believe Tenn had 8 or 10 straight points on oops at the end of the game when OU ran the full court press because they had nobody under the bucket.
Tennessee did not overly impress me in this game. They took advantage of easy shots late in the game to increase a 10-12 point lead up to 20. I believe Ohio State (if they beat Georgia Tech) will win this game going away. -
Swamp FoxOhio played pretty well in the Tournament. It was a question of too quick a turn-around. They were on cloud nine after their amazing performance against Georgetown and just didn't have enough in the tank to play Tennessee that quickly. Tennessee and others of their caliber have a decided advantage against a team like Ohio because Ohio never has to play two teams in two days like Georgetown and Tennessee. Ohio was tired and not deep enough against the Vols. Plus, the Vols are just more athletic and generally better than the Bobcats. They are used to playing "Big Dogs" game after game. It helps!
