  Agreed, but Johnson also need to demand the ball. He is posting up like a bitch, and then settling for drifting outside for jumpers. He is to blame as much as the guards for not getting the ball.

  It looked like Kramer threw the ball off his face. That play does happen a lot but more often than not the ball is aimed at the feet.
