  Duke won the ACC, last time I checked its one of the top conferences in the country. Cuse got bounced in theirs.

  I still think OSU and WVU were the top 2 seeds and the committee just chose to put them up against the top 1 seeds.....Granted this doesn't make much sense, but I don't think their position indicates that they were the 7th and 8th overall.
