James "Andre" Thaddies was arrested recently on misdemeanor battery charges, accused of groping one student and biting another, records state.
Police investigators said they learned Thaddies has a history of "sexually inappropriate conduct" with female students and that he resigned from an Osseo, Minn., high school after similar accusations.
According to Minnesota court documents filed in 2000, Thaddies, who worked at the school as an administrative assistant, was accused of getting a student at the Minnesota high school drunk in 1996 and having her perform sex acts.
He admitted to giving alcohol to a minor and resigned after being suspended. Police investigated, but Thaddies was not charged with any sexual misconduct.
In February 2009, Thaddies was arrested in Lake Worth on a charge of domestic battery for allegedly punching his wife in the eye. The charges were later dropped.
