  This is an awesome display of shooting against one of the better defensive teams in the Big 10.

  For one, John Wall is a serious contender along with Turner for POY. Outside of rebound difference, his stats aren't far behind Turner's at all. Slightly less points per game, more assists per game, lower FG%, better 3PT%, all the while playing as a true freshman, with two potential NBA lottery picks.

  I can't imagine that a team that gets attacked at the rim, but is deep on the bench would suffer as much as OSU would. One guy gets in foul trouble on this OSU team and they are done. Im sorry, but a team that relies on 5 guys each game, isn't going to have a chance. The fact of the matter is, if the Buckeyes rotate more guys and have fresher legs, they have the ability to do more things offensively and defensively (therefore they wouldn't have to rely on their shooting as much).

  Turner does look exhausted. That open three, which he would normally nail, looked bad. There was no lift in his legs and he appeared to be trying to muscle it up with the upper body. Give him a break coach!

  Rotating guys is great...when you have guys to do that. OSU doesn't. They have to rely on two junior college transfers. That right there, says quite a bit.

  32% isn't normally nailing anything from the perimeter. He just isn't a great outside shooter yet.

  Normally nail? LOL Turner is NOT a good 3pt shooter. Have you watched him over the past two years? It is his weakness.

  Seems like Buford is taking this opportunity to get his stroke back. I haven't seen the past couple games, but his stroke looks really nice today.

  There was no one within 7 feet of him. If you saw the shot, it clearly screamed "I am tired". It was an ugly shot. I love Evan Turner but he was just winded at the time before the time out. Up nearly 30, I think he could get a breather every now and then.

  centralbucksfan.....When you're up 26, how much will it hurt to let Hill or Simmons bring the ball up the court instead of killing Turner? These two are fully capable of providing quality minutes and will be much needed down the stretch in the tournament. There's a difference between a team having your number because of talent and a team having your number because your coach can't efficiently find personnel groupings that give your guys a rest.

  Yeah you just said a quiet 26. I would have said maybe 18 or so.

  Georgetown had 7 guys with 10+ minutes yesterday in a game that was decided by 12 points over a team ranked #7 in the nation. OSU has 5 guys with 10+ minutes in a game they lead by 25+ over a team that is unranked and playing very average this season. There's something wrong when you can't get at least two more bodies in the game for quality minutes.
