Yeah, that will be a very tough test coming off this loss. The ACC is gonna be crazy this year. There's still a chance that a team like Duke may go 12-4 or even better, but it's looking more and more like the winner of the conference may be about 11-5.

Edit: Corrected to say that the winner of the award for "best record during the regular season" may be 11-5. :)

I believe you. Last year, during Carolina's trip to College Park, I kept tapping Greivis Vasquez on the back after each clutch shot he hit down the stretch. I was tapping a little human representation on a television monitor after he made a point with my finger. Just to put that into perspective. I did it the first time as a joke, like, "Come on, buddy, let's bring us back here" (Maryland was "us", mind you). Then he made another basket, and another. So I kept getting out of my seat and patting him. Those watching the game with me thought I should be arrested, but found it hilarious; it's always a good day in my home when UNC loses.

It worked and Tyler lost. That's all that mattered that day. You gotta do what you gotta do.

    Thank you.

LOL. That's classic. While you were tapping Greivis on the back, I was busy trying not to have a heart attack.

I'd say my neighbors upstairs really hated me that day.

LOL I wish the game were being played in Death Valley. That would be epic. It is in our bball gym though, LittleJohn ;).

That win we just had at NC State is now looking like a quality win. Can't wait for Saturday!

Haha. I've been there, too. There really is nothing else like ACC basketball. Wouldn't want to be a fan of any other conference in the world.

    ohiotiger,

Yes, I know:) I often just reference the school as Death Valley. Congrats in advance on the win.

We're in trouble with that being our next road trip.

I doubt Duke loses by 30 to the Tigers

but I really don't think they will stay within single digits. Wayyy too much pressure from the Clemson D and too much Trevor Booker.

Don't concede the victory yet. It will be hard fought as both teams need the win bad. With gameday being in town, the campus will be nuts however.

LittleJohn is sort of situated in the Valley that Death Valley sits in, and many people do that too, so I forgive you haha. Should be a fun day and game.

    ohiotiger33,

I envy you. I'm sure it'll be awesome to be in that atmosphere on Saturday.

Obviously I'll be pulling for the Tigers to get the win. Should be a great game.

Too bad you didn't have something like that going for you for Tyler's 4 trips to Cameron...

Better hope there is more magic left to put the hex on Duke when they go to the Matt Christensen Center on Feb 10.
