I concur with "ccrunner609". It's really nice to see the Big Ten with three in the top nine. For me, it's almost as good to see NO PAC 10 TEAMS in that same group. I also agree that Boise State deserves their lofty ranking because they get it done on the field, and while their regular season schedule may not be the equal of other major teams, you can only play the schedule you have. They do that, and they win all the time. Ask Oklahoma and TCU about Boise. They'll tell you how well Boise competes with the "Big Boys".

I think this is about what people thought it was going to be. Kind of thought after cincy got thumped they'd get docked some more by the voters, but, such is life.
  • cbus4life
    Cincy should not be 8.
  • j_crazy
cincy is too high, but the polls don't matter anymore.
  • BCSbunk
Hey LSU fans how is the view from way down there?
  • dwccrew
Do my eyes deceive me or does the Big 10 have 3 teams finishing in the top 10? More than the SEC? More than the Pac 10? More than the ACC? 4 teams ranked in the top 25? Oh Lord Tebow, it can't be!
  • Falcons53
Penn State should be ahead of the Bearcats. The rest looks about right for the top 10.
  • Citybuck
Well it looks like OSU is state champs again. lol
  • darbypitcher22
@ Tennessee and Alabama doesn't help Florida. at least they don't have to go to Baton Rouge. That would be a gauntlet of a schedule.

Nice to see Central Michigan getting some love @ 23. Real good football team that not many people got to see throughout the year

    +1...touche'

Clemson really is lucky to be in there. They ended up with a good year but at times didn't look like a Top 25 team
  • NOL fan
I wonder if 700 WLW will make a follow up "bUCkeye state" promo about the final poll....

That is true. At times it was rough. But of the 5 losses, 3 were to BCS teams (2 to GT) and all were very very close minus the Rivalry loss. I think #23-#27 is about what we deserved.

They will lose to Bama, Florida state and find a way to lose to someone else, probably USF early in the year.

You can't possibly be fucking serious??

If...and that is a HUGE if...we lose three games it will be to Bama,LSU,and MAYBE Tennessee

Only changes I would make would be UF up to number 2 and TCU to number 5

    Stabler,

    You're on crack.

    Florida blown out by Bama'
Texas loses a close game with a true freshman quarterback.

    Yeah Texas belongs at 2.
  • noreply66
With Cincinnati being an Ohio team it's a wonder they didn't fall out of the top 25

    Yeah Texas belongs at 2.

    Last I checked....37-21 isn't a close game

How Florida beats the No.3 team in the country 51-24 and doesn't end up No.2 is beyond me
  • ironman02
You can't be serious. Florida lost to Bama 32-13 and it was never really close.

Texas lost 37-21 after trailing 24-21 with less than 4 minutes to go, without their starting QB.

    Florida should not be #2.
  • hangonsloopy
I'd put Boise at #2 before Florida.
  • Elliot Stabler
It's pretty sickening that you people let your hatered of TT and UF get in the way of seeing who the 2nd best team in the country is
  • Elliot Stabler
I'm fully expecting us to be 10-2 with and outside chance at 9-3

So don't make it out to be like I think we will be 14-0 and win the National Championship

I wouldn't be saying anyone has a man crush with how you talk about TP

I am certain of one thing for next season though....we will have a better QB under center than TUOS
