  It's actually QB rating, not efficiency, and anybody knowledgeable will agree with me that QB Rating is the most overrated, and overused statistic for QB's and is the most flawed.
  
  Besides, it's clear that QB Rating means shit when David Johnson was ranked #2 last season.
