Where will Boise St start in the Preseason polls?
-
TiernanIs it just me or was that game last night the worst bowl match-up so far in the short BCS history? All anybody could talk about all year was whether each of these two could play with the big boys? Then neither gets the chance. They looked kinda like Big EAst teams...fast scrappy, not too big on defense, more or less like a MAC team on steroids. Pathetic some of you think these are top 10 teams.

RotinajI think its pathetic that you DONT think both of these teams are in the top 10. What does your top 10 look like?

rock_knutneIf Boise St. wants to be taken seriously they need to do what Florida St. did when Bobby Bowden arrived, go play BCS schools away from home. No one wants to Boise St. to play them, let alone on that stupid blue field. If they can beat some solid BCS programs away from home, then they'll gain the respect they think they deserve. I'm willing to bet if they changed that turf color to green they'd have quite a few more big time schools willing to play them at home.

Rock, BSU is trying to get BCS schools to play them even without a return game back to BSU the next year.rock_knutne wrote: If Boise St. wants to be taken seriously they need to do what Florida St. did when Bobby Bowden arrived, go play BCS schools away from home. They have VaTech early next season at Fed Ex Field. If BSU wins that game and goes undefeated they'll be playing for the National Title. -
Al BundyIt's more important where they finish in the final BCS poll than where they start. The only way they get into the top 2 is if they go undefeated and everyone except for 1 team has at least one loss. Even if they were to be preseason #1 (which they won't be), an undefeated team from a BCS conference would jump them in the polls at some point. Until we get a playoff system, it is almost impossible for them to play in the title game.

SonofanumpI'm guessing Boise State at #6.
I would not expect USC to be ahead of Oregon. -
