  No he does but the personnel do not suit him. He had great deep ball receivers last year and his big throws worked for the offense. This season were more of a finesse short throw team

  Except he pulls it in to run himself incorrectly 90% of the time. That's not being able to work this offense. If you don't have the personnel, put in the real QB. We won't be seeing Cardale do shit on Sundays.
