OSU certainly made all 3 of them look terribleIggyPride00;1750257 wrote: Wisky and Oregon were 2 of the worst defenses I have ever seen. No sign of resistance from either. They were both emasculated and they liked it. It was also a down Alabama squad with a suspect offense.
I wasn't impressed with any of those -
j_crazyi had the buckeyes at -38.5 and they didn't even cover that. bullshit!

Well at least Honolulu will remain the capital.sleeper;1749791 wrote:Hawaii will rename the capital "Rainbow Warriors city" if Hawaii scores a touchdown. Will not happen. -
TiernanI'm a JT fan. There seems to be a smoother operation going on when he's back there. This "in & out" stuff ain't gonna help either one of them though Urbie. Right now they are not the #1 Team in the Country.

AutomatikOSU is #1.
If not them, then who? -

Wrong. They are #1 in the country.Tiernan;1750694 wrote:I'm a JT fan. There seems to be a smoother operation going on when he's back there. This "in & out" stuff ain't gonna help either one of them though Urbie. Right now they are not the #1 Team in the Country. -

Agreed. it's hurky jerky with 3 guys rotating through that backfield. Don't know who should be the 1 guy though. Cardale looks like he doesn't trust his playmakers, JT is scared to get hit and is releasing the ball too early, and Braxton can't throw the ball yet.Tiernan;1750694 wrote:I'm a JT fan. That last point is a farce. There is no one right now that is playing better. Maybe Ole Miss, but they have had 2 straight up scrimmages to get ready for their real season. -
TiernanTalent wise no question they are the #1 team but two consecutive lack luster offensive performances (until the 4th Qtr) against two really sub-talented teams tells me something ain't right. I would not want to be teeing it up with MSU this week.

I do agree that the offense has been less than impressive but I think we will be okay. I don't like this 3-QB system though; pick your guys and call it a day.Tiernan;1750709 wrote:Talent wise no question they are the #1 team but two consecutive lack luster offensive performances (until the 4th Qtr) against two really sub-talented teams tells me something ain't right. TiernanThe dumbest thing so far has been the direct snap to Braxton and then he runs every time. At least pump fake a pass before you take off to freeze the LBs. one pass to a split Cardale would give DCs something to worry about all week. I'm very unimpressed so far and need something to remind me of what this team is capable of.

I'm afraid he can't throw. If he can, the first time he does he's going to catch everyone sleepingTiernan;1750729 wrote:The dumbest thing so far has been the direct snap to Braxton and then he runs every time. AutomatikI'm with you. I think Miller's shoulder is fucked for life. He may be able to throw eventually out of that package, but that's that's the reason he didn't transfer and made the position switch. He saw the writing on the wall. I know, I know....captain obvious.

sleeperI think Braxton will throw a few passes this season. His shoulder might be F'd but a pass every few weeks isn't going to kill him.

Why put that on film in a game vs Hawaii? Have him run it every time and dial up the shenanigans at a later when needed.Automatik;1750733 wrote:I'm with you. j_crazyto the can Braxton throw point, i work with someone who's got a cousin who works in the orthopedic surgery department at wexner, she tells me he won't have full range of motion in that shoulder for about 4 more months.
i've got no reason to believe she wouldn't know this to be true, but i also have no reason to believe her cousin would actually tell her something like that. -
TiernanYou were Tiernan'd* by that chick j_crazy.
* OC's newest catch phrase because it's associated with the most compelling poster on the board...ain't that right my little turds LT & Heretic? -
SpockMiller will make one of those Jump passes for a TD sometime this season. Along with the spin move, they will be Heisman plays
