No surprise here. FSU is known for being a program that supports and protects players who commit violence against women.

I personally don't have a problem with punching someone in the face when they hit you first. Man or woman.

yes, but he shoves/grabs her before she punches him. there are no winners in this argument. both dipshits, only 1 life ruined, and 1 night ruined.

Normally I would agree with this... but she didn't really "hit him"... she more or less swiped at him... and like isadore said... he's a bigger guy than her, and he swung pretty hard on her.

But NORMALLY I would agree with you... if a girl/woman wants to act like a man, then I'm all for treating her like one. The whole "women demanding equality" argument is complete and utter b.s., when the same exact women are the ones hiding behind the "never hit a woman, even if she strikes you" argument. That's just complete b.s. Idk what in the hell they think then gives them the right to strike a man. Goes both ways sweethearts.

It looked to me like he was trying to hold her right hand so she couldn't hit him and she threw a left.

If I was in a bar and punched someone much larger than me in the face, I would expect to get hit back even if my punch sucked.

^^^LOL. It had to be at least 5% her fault

Good point... But are you a girl? Idk if a girl would think if she swiped at someone that she would get swung on back

This was before the last two incidents

In the Outside the Lines report, Florida State had the second-highest number of football and men’s basketball players named in criminal allegations from 2009 to 2014: 66 overall or 18 percent of the rosters. Further, in 70 percent of those incidents, the athletes never faced charges, had charges against them dropped or were not prosecuted. By comparison, cases ended up without being prosecuted 50 percent of the time among a sample of crimes involving college-age males in Tallahassee.

To determine how often crimes involving college athletes are prosecuted and what factors influence them, Outside the Lines requested police reports involving all football and men's basketball players on rosters at 10 schools from 2009 to 2014. The Florida State results:

A deeper look at the data offers additional insight: Florida State had the most alleged incidents of sexual assaults, harassment or violence against women than any of the schools in the Outside the Lines study, with 18. The lone case in which charges were filed was the sexual battery case against football player Gregory Dent, whom a jury convicted last year on the reduced charge of misdemeanor battery. An investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston ended with the state attorney declining to pursue criminal charges.
