    I've seen no evidence of a "complete botching" of anything. An investigation can be done correctly, and sometimes no crime is found.

    Yea, I reckon waiting 10 months to question people about a reported rape is standard operating procedure. Winston was identified in January, but never even questioned until Meggs took over the case a month ago. DNA was just taken and confirmed. However, you should probably call the family and inform them of your findings, they will probably cancel the press conference.

    No, nor does anyone else in this thread. The difference is that not knowing all of the facts should lead one to conclude they don't know what happened. It does me. Others seem to not let that stop them from deciding they know the truth.

    Not everyone in this thread is making a conclusion on whether or not he's innocent or guilty.

    To think, however, that he 100% didn't sexually assault the woman because nothing was criminally charged though..
