After a loss to Clemson:
7. Georgia <-- Would have been my #3 (yes, even above Clemson) if it weren’t for the injuries this past weekUhm... If you've watched Georgia this season, you would know that they're the 2nd best team in the SEC, and if it weren't for all the injuries they've sustained, they might even be #1.
After a loss to world beater Missouri:The game was AT Clemson. Clemson won by 3 pts. Everyone knows Vegas gives "3 pts" for Home field advantage.
If the game was AT Georgia or AT a neutral site, yes... I truly believe Georgia would have won.
Again... did you even WATCH the game? Georgia LOOKED like the better team. Georgia LOOKED like they weren't even playing that well. I'm fully confident (well... at least before the injuries Georgia sustained this past week) that if that game were to be played again, Georgia would win.
Who has Clemson played? NO ONE, aside from Georgia (who they barely beat).
Who has Georgia played? They proved they can hang with Clemson, AT Clemson... they've beaten #6 S. Carolina... they've beaten #6 LSU... and they just beat Tennessee (a school from... you know... the SEC; which everyone regards as the BEST conference), and Georgia suffered all those devastating injuries in that game, and not to mention that game was setup to be the perfect "trap" game.
Oh... Georgia's best player (Todd Gurley) is better than Clemson's best player (Boyd? Watkins?).
Idk why Georgia can't be the better team when they went on the road to one of the more "hostile environments" in college football, and only lost by 3 pts!!!
After a loss to world beater Vanderbilt:Uhhhhhh.... you obviously missed the point I CLEARLY made BEFORE last weekend about ALL THE INJURES. Nice job Goon.
PLUS... Missouri is one of, if not THE top team in the East (now that they beat Georgia). Georgia was bound to lose this game, after the brutal schedule they've already played.
Why do people always view things in a vacuum?!
*crickets*
Please eat crow. : thumbup:
Oh and from yours truly(after loss to Clemson):
You really think crappy Georgia would come within 30 of Oregon? No. Logic or not, Georgia is fucking awful. The only bowl game Georgia is winning this year is if they somehow get matched up against ND in a BCS bowl. -
Scarlet_BuckeyeDB Reggie Wilkerson (knee) -- out for season
WR Malcolm Mitchell (knee) [key player] -- out for season
WR Tramel Terry (knee) -- out for season
WR Michael Bennett (knee) -- out indefinitely
RB Keith Marshall (knee) [key player] -- out for season
WR Justin Scott-Wesley (knee) [key player] -- out for season
RB Todd Gurley (ankle) [All-SEC] -- questionable
DB Tray Matthews -- questionable
and now you can add...
WR Chris Conley (ankle) [UGA's leading WR]
S Josh Harvey-Clemons (foot) [emerging star]
... to the list.
(not to mention "questionables": DL Toby Johnson, LB TJ Stripling, FB Quayvon Hicks, LB James DeLoach)
Of course Georgia is going to start losing some games. Pre-injuries, Georgia was a top 10, maybe even top 5 program. After all the major injuries sustained, they're not even a top 25 program.
Good lord... gotta love home many twits on here look at things in vacuums. It's unbelievable. -

#1DBagThe almighty SEC can do no wrong. The media will show sympathy. If anyone else loses, they're overrated and do not play anybody.
