  A.J. McCarron won't win the Heisman, nor should he. He's a great QB to have on a great team, but he's still not a Heisman winner.

  No it's not sarcasm. I really cannot think of another player doing what he does. He's a sophomore and already owns the SEC single season yardage record and it's not even close at 5,113 yards, Newton is like 800 behind, has the top 2 game yardages in SEC history and last season had 2nd most TD runs in SEC history.   Saying "best ever" is a stretch, but he's really close. After it is all said and done, his numbers in 2 years against the SEC are going to be incredible. They will likely be close to Tebow's best year + Cam Newton's big year combined, and people would put their individual seasons up against anyone in SEC history.
