What games are you planning on attending this year?
-
SportsAndLadyLiving in Chi-Town, I may have to hit up 3 separate OSU road games. They play @ Purdue, @ NW, and @ IU. I could realistically go to all 3 of those. Also planning on coming back to Ohio for one home game.
Anyone new season ticket buyers this year for any particular team? -
vball10setSeason ticket holder for U of Toledo and have tix for the 9/28 OSU/Wisky game. Also, my nephew will be a freshman at ND in the fall, so I'm planning on visiting him and attending a game there as well.

mucalum49Not much being in Charlotte. Next year UNC/USC play at the Panthers stadium so that'll be cool for an early season game. Otherwise I'm holding out for a decent ACC championship to attend. Last year's GT/FSU game was miserable all around. The year prior VT/Clemson had a good crowd so tailgating was fun that weekend.
Hoping for a UNC/VT vs. Clemson game for the maximum amount of fun that weekend. -
goosebumpsAll UC home games and away games at Memphis, at Illinois and at Miami (oh). Ill try to hit up some OU games and possibly a kent state game.
-
slingshot4everWhat ever game I get in the alumni lottery.

Pick6All Akron home games, Akron vs Michigan at the big house, and will attempt to catch an OSU game as well, especially now that I have another student ticket connection.

Wouldn't him liking the Bucks just because they won a championship make him a bandwagoner as well?Commander of Awesome;1453782 wrote:I'm sorry you have a bandwagoner for a son. He's too young to remember the bucks championship I take it? -

No, bc he's from Ohio. Also presumably his family are buckeye fans, and he (should) grew up a buckeyes fan.Pick6;1453884 wrote:Wouldn't him liking the Bucks just because they won a championship make him a bandwagoner as well? -

bigorangebuck22He's free to like whatever team(s) he chooses. It could be a whole lot worse. It could be Michigan.
His becoming a Florida fan is an amusing story and kinda my fault. In 2004 (he was 5 then) I bought 5 college hats to wear to work for like $5 each. Two were OSU along with Florida, Oklahoma, and A&M. The Florida one only had the gator head on it and thats what he liked. He started wearing it and finally i just gave it to him. He really didnt have a clue who the University of Florida was. Well a few years later here comes the championship game losses to Florida in January and March and his fandom took off from there. To his credit its not just football and basketball. He's also glued to the tv when their baseball and softball are on. Not many OSU fans, myself included, can say the same thing about the Bucks. Never watched a baseball game and might catch half if that many regular season basketball games. -
sherm03I'm on the hunt for ND/Oklahoma tickets this year for a birthday present for my Pops.
Vball...if your nephew ever wants to get rid of tickets, let me know. -

GOONx19I'll probably only make it to the UK games, but that gets me Louisville, Florida, Alabama, and Missouri. I've yet to go to or watch a Tennessee game because that's the weekend when only one game matters.
The one good thing about going to such an awful football school is that I can go to any game I want for $5 and we never sell out.
