Nasty injury in Washington/Texas A&M game

LeonardoOuch! Anyone got a video of that?!

muffyTexAgs site is reporting surgery went well on his broken leg. Their admins removed a video of the injury saying it is just too graphic. Apparently broke both tibula and fibula, speculation is the players could hear the breaks.

A&M players are (or were) staying in Washington until his family can arrive, he'll be there until after Christmas. A&M is trying to get his family to him but having trouble getting flights because of the CHristmas holidays. Hopefully someone with a private plane has stepped up and gotten them or will get them there.
People are saying it is as bad or worse than the Theisman injury. -

Warning ... it's pretty nasty. -
sportswizuhrdMade the mistake of rewinding the TV to see what happened. Had the sound down and saw play was stopped so I wanted to see why. I saw him go down but didn't think anything of it(he landed on the floor, not on someone foot or anything). I knew something was up so I half heartedly watched when Washington has the ball. Sloan commited a foul and then looked down court and he immediately put his jersey over his face and that's when FSN showed his leg. I was at work working a solo and yelled oh shit and almost threw up. I wasn't expecting to see something like that. Sloan and some of the other A&M players started to shed some tears and he had to be helped to the bench. Roland as he was leaving the court looked in great spirits. Good luck to the kid on his road to recovery.
