Johnny F with a boss TD run on the opening drive.

This is the first time I've seen Manziel all year, but that 40 yard run he just had was sick. Dude has some great moves.

OU has weathered the storm. Took OU +3, and they should be able to capitalize on offense more. They blew a few good RZ chances.

2 perfect deep throws by Manziel. Very impressive kid.

He did not but they said it was not structurally damaged and he should be fine for draft.

Manziel just runs as fast as he needs to with seemingly no limit.

Stoops is horrible in these bigger bowl games.

Is this even THAT big of a bowl game? Non-BCS and all?

Cotton Bowl might as well be a BCS game

I say #9 against #11 who are former league rivals....way bigger than a couple of their BCS games.

It's the biggest non-BCS yet bigger than this year's Orange, Sugar and ranking wide....even the Rose Bowl.

Not to mention they are getting the shut beat out of them.

Yeah, I've posted in both the non-BCS and BCS threads haha. I've always considered the Cotton Bowl as big as the BCS games.

I've always felt the Cotton and Capital One bowls are the next 2 after the BCS games. Both almost always are top 12-15 matchups.

Agreed. In fact I think the Cotton, Capital One and probably the Outback Bowls are all deserving of BCS status.

All will probably factor into a playoff system sometime in the future.

Ole Miss in 1964 was not a pretty place to be.
