If NCAA D1 Football the only sport where it's not possible to win a championship?
-
rydawg5If this the only sport where many schools have a ZERO percent chance of being a champion?
Think about the NCAA Basketball D-1 Where over 300 teams have a shot to make the tournament, where they then have a powerball chance of moving out.
In football, if there is zero path to make a championship, then why are you in that division? -
rydawg5My idea for everyone getting the chance to compete for a championship:
* Best teams play minimal possible games
* Worst teams have a "chance" of advancing all the way
* Games are wrapped up by 1st week of January
* Division winners & 5 automatics
* Like an 8 game format - the top 4 teams would only need to win 3 games to win the championship - but you are including 16

There are none. Except the pay outs from the big schools to you for coming to get your ass kicked.Pick6;1335839 wrote:What are the benefits of being D-1 FBS if you arent in an AQ conference? -
