I agree with this under the current format. But with the 4-team playoff I think it's possible to not win the conference and get a shot at the National Title.wildcats20;1328095 wrote:If you don't win your division, let alone your conference, you should not be allowed to ever play for a National Title. -

Are you sure the Gators don't gain human voters points to finish 2nd in the BCS?Azubuike24;1328090 wrote:I think if UCLA wins, Oregon would jump Florida should it come down to Florida and Oregon. Obviously Oregon would have to beat UCLA next weekend.
If Stanford wins, Florida's win over FSU will keep them ahead of Oregon in the final standings and Oregon won't have any chance to gain ground in the current polls.
If you don't want SEC vs SEC, you need either A) Notre Dame or B) UCLA to win. -

Co-signed (for now anyways... When a playoff comes, the top 4 teams should make it regardless of conference affiliation) -

Disagree. Only conference champions should be considered since there is no way to prove that a one loss team from x is better than a one loss team from y.jordo212000;1328102 wrote:Co-signed (for now anyways... Win your conference, and then take the top 4 ranked teams.
