  What will you do if ND loses to USC?

  I'll lol 'cause it'll screw up the BCS again--can't wait until we get to the four team playoff. I'd love to see a round robin of 'Bama, Oregon, ND and K-State, regardless of the outcomes of the games yesterday and last weekend.

  If ND loses it sets up the possibility of OSU winning a paper championship.
  
  But there's an even worse possibility... if ND loses there is a strong chance we have another all SEC title game because of the the over ranking and lack of punishing SEC teams for losing.

  Actually brad Edwards on espn said if notre dame loses they will still have a good chance at the national title game because they would still be number 1 in the computers. The voters would not put Florida in the title game and the computers kill Florida state.

  You're right, and IMO, that's okay. OSU's 12-0 record would set the tone for next season, when our record will actually count for something.

  Am I the only non Ohio state fan that hates that Ohio st in ineligible this year. Imagine a notre dame Ohio state national title game. It would be insane amount of money and ratings. This board would blow up lol sucks it can't happen, but might not be so far fetched to happen even next year or 2 years from now

  I'm sure most fans didn't care too much as long as there were other undefeated teams. But I'm sure some fans (like yourself) will start to dislike the fact OSU is ineligible this season (as the # of undefeated teams dwindle) as it takes away from the quality of BCS games as OSU is clearly a good team this year. Yes they have flaws, but apparently everyone else does as well.

  Lol ok. This offense is solid with a freshman qb who will only get better. And the entire defense is back except te'o klm and motta. They won't be as dominate next year as they were this year but they won't be far behind.

  Now ND is not going to lose to USC because USC is terrible. USC would barely win the SEC East.

  Because split titles make the BCS look retarded, and that's always a good time. Even though the AP title is pretty much irrelevant, one of the things the BCS sold itself on in the beginning was avoiding split titles.

  If ND loses to USC (which the shouldn't )....I think they drop to #3 in the final deciding BCS.
  
  Alabama/Georgia winner #1 and I think Oregon somehow moves above them....like when LSU dropped from #1 to #7 and then jumped like 3 teams that didn't lose and a couple that did back in 2007?

  Or a more likely scenario (and similar to last year)--I don't see Oregon jumping Florida. So we could have a completely offensively inept team that didn't win their division title playing for a national championship.
