I think they will get in the 30's but yeah I agree

9-9 on third downs is ok. Hope Daniels is alright.

    Purdue: 78

    Michigan: 16
    Miami: 89

Bobby Swigert. Ugh. That damn kid. Played for Louisville Leopards. Him and Neal Seaman ended my alma maters title hopes in '08 in a monsoon in Zanesville.

Good call. I was way off and predicting 27 points and -18 was not giving nearly enough credit to Notre Dame tonight.

I never said you weren't way off.

Ugly ugly game but 10-0 is 10-0
  • karen lotz
Damn, DaVaris Daniels walking to locker room with his arm in a sling.

Right. You just questioned my score prediction only being -18 and then posted numbers to try to justify Notre Dame's bad offense when I explained it.

No you said Boston College was "really, really bad" and used that for an -18 ignoring the many other intangibles. I just don't think it's that simple.

    10-0. Fuck you.

    Any word on Daniels?

    10-0. **** you.
A little salty this morning, ain't ya'? Actually, it's very simple. You implied -18 wasn't giving ND enough credit, and considering they won by 15, he was actually giving them more credit than they deserved. No matter, because they are 10-0. So fuck you.

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Wide receiver DaVaris Daniels is expected to miss at least the rest of the regular season after suffering a shoulder injury during Notre Dame's 21-6 win Saturday night over Boston College.

Daniels' father, former 15-year NFL player Phillip, tweeted in two separate posts that the Irish will be without DaVaris for a little while and he could return for the bowl game.

Good win by the #Irish but we will be without DaVaris for a little while. Keep him in your prayers. #GoIrish

DaVaris will get healthy and be back for bowl game. Headed to the hotel to order some things to help with the healing. #SpecialRemedy

Daniels' left shoulder was in a sling after the game. Coach Brian Kelly said that Daniels suffered a shoulder injury and would be evaluated.

Daniels came down hard in the end zone on a third-quarter deep ball that fell incomplete.

He was taken to the locker room afterward. His replacement, John Goodman, caught an 18-yard touchdown pass on the same drive.

Daniels has 25 catches this season for 375 yards.

Ah shit. That sucks. Thanks, vball.

Well, ND didn't do much for themselves regarding style points yesterday but they didn't hurt themselves either. Solid defensive effort. Would have been nice if the offense would have scored more. Gonna have to against USC in two weeks. The good thing was Michigan, Stanford, Oklahoma, BYU, Purdue all won. The Alabama loss was obviously huge for ND regarding the BCS standings. Now, IF the Fighting Irish take care of business vs. Wake Forest and @ USC....they just need 1 loss by Oregon or K-State in the next few weeks.

Even this late in the season....there's a lot of football left to be played.

IMO, if all three win out, ND will end up #2 in the BCS. However, a little help from one of those two teams wouldn't hurt.

That's relevant since I picked them to lose and everything.
