Carrier Strike Group 10. The USS Truman may be the best carrier of the fleet with it's capability. The USS Normandy and the USS San Jacinto are also part of it's strike force.

Again....It's more than just a game. Similarities and ties amongst families, friendships and common service bid these two teams together.

The annual game ball run has begun. Cadets from West Point and Midshipmen from Annapolis who are members of the marathon team carry the ceremonial game ball from their respective academies to the stadium which is this year in Philadelphia.

This is a picture of the marathon team running out of the Yard past a decorated Tecumseh heading to Phily.

A crusty old Army Sergeant Major found himself at a gala event hosted by a local liberal arts college. There was no shortage of extremely young idealistic ladies in attendance, one of whom approached the Sergeant Major for conversation.

"Excuse me, Sergeant Major, but you seem to be a very serious man. Is
    something bothering you?"

"Negative, ma 'am. Just serious by nature."

The young lady looked at his awards and decorations and said, "It looks
like you have seen a lot of action."

"Yes, ma 'am, a lot of action."

The young lady, tiring of trying to start up a conversation, said, "You
know, you should lighten up. Relax and enjoy yourself.". The Sergeant Major just stared at her in his serious manner. mFinally the young lady said, "You know, I hope you don 't take this the wrong way, but when is the last time you had sex?"

    "1955, ma 'am."

"Well, there you are. No wonder you 're so serious. You really need to
chill out! I mean, no sex since 1955! She took his hand and led him to a private room where she proceeded to "relax" him several times.Afterwords, panting for breath, she leaned against his bare chest and said, "Wow, you sure didn 't forget much since 1955."

The Sergeant Major said, after glancing at his watch, "I hope not; it 's
    only 2130 now."
    (Gotta love military
    time)

Off to a wrestling tournament. Will record the game to watch later tonight.

    Go Navy! Beat Army!

Very entertaining game. Without the turnovers, Army had this one. As it is, Navy wins it' s 11th in a row and brings home the Commander-In-Chief trophy.

    Bavo Zulu men.

One of the worst played games I've ever seen. Terrible quality of football, looked like a D3 game.

Poor Army. Thinking they are a better team than Navy even when they committ the number of turnovers that they do and don't make plays when it counts.

    "...
Unfortunately, Army head coach Rich Ellerson wasn’t nearly as graceful in defeat. Ellerson told the Times Herald-Record that Army should have beaten Navy by three touchdowns on Saturday. “We’re better than that bunch. We have them right by the throat. We could have put them away in the first half. It’s (crap). It’s (crap),” Ellerson said.

What is actually a bunch of bull is Ellerson’s reasoning that an Army team with a 2-10 record is better than a Navy team that is headed for the postseason. Navy has won a series record 11 straight games against its archrival and at least half the time the Army coaching staff has claimed it should have won.
Want to hear the real reason for Navy’s remarkable dominance of Army since 2002? One team (Navy) consistently makes plays while the other team (Army) repeatedly commits mistakes."
