  Reporting things to the league is probably more common than you think. We just never hear about them.

  I tend to agree with this. If for nothing else, teams like to cover their asses in case another team alleges something against them.

  I completely agree and bet they happen regularly. I'm sure Michigan did it against MSU last year as well.
  
  It's just the timing of everything. One day, MSU bitches about doctored tapes. The next day, there's reports of OSU sending in tapes because someone had their eyes gouged.
  
  With the timing of it all and the fact that it was reported makes it seem like both sides have sand in their vag's.
